I have read the article “Molecule of the week archive: Cyclodextrins” and the golden line I chose is “Cyclodextrins form a toroid (truncated cone) configuration with multiple hydroxyl groups at each end.” This explains how complex the molecule is and how it is working as an odor reducer molecule. I do not use odor reducing agents, at least not for the smells present in the tables in “Staying at home stinks” odor control pdf. I am using an air freshener for bathroom from Febreze which seems to work perfectly. According to the article “Staying at home stinks”, the air fresheners that cover flatulence should contain an aldehyde molecule. I have checked the label on my air freshener and it contains cyclamen aldehyde and methylundecanal which are both aldehydes.
